From venue operators - business name, contact details, menu data, trading hours, and billing information when you sign up for a Yummm plan.
From end customers - name, phone number, email address, and order or booking details submitted through a venue’s Yummm-powered website.
Automatically - usage data, IP addresses, browser type, and analytics to improve the platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

To deliver the Yummm platform services to venue operators.
To process orders and bookings on behalf of the venue.
To send transactional emails and order confirmations.
To enable venue marketing features (e.g. automated customer campaigns).
To improve the platform and troubleshoot issues.

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with:

Venue operators - customer data collected through their website belongs to them and is accessible via the Yummm dashboard.
