Yummm is an Australian-owned hospitality SaaS platform that provides branded websites, online ordering, table booking, and marketing tools for food and beverage venues. References to “Yummm”, “we”, “us”, or “our” in this policy refer to the Yummm platform and its operators.

  • From venue operators - business name, contact details, menu data, trading hours, and billing information when you sign up for a Yummm plan.
  • From end customers - name, phone number, email address, and order or booking details submitted through a venue’s Yummm-powered website.
  • Automatically - usage data, IP addresses, browser type, and analytics to improve the platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To deliver the Yummm platform services to venue operators.
  • To process orders and bookings on behalf of the venue.
  • To send transactional emails and order confirmations.
  • To enable venue marketing features (e.g. automated customer campaigns).
  • To improve the platform and troubleshoot issues.
  • To comply with Australian legal obligations.

4. Who We Share Data With

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with:

  • Venue operators - customer data collected through their website belongs to them and is accessible via the Yummm dashboard.
  • Service providers - infrastructure, payment processors, and email delivery partners who are bound by confidentiality agreements.
  • Legal authorities - where required by Australian law.

5. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production data is restricted and logged. We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
